On Saturday, my boyfriend and I took a little trip to Bicester Village, which consists of many outlet stores by leading fashion brands. If you are a bit of a bargain hunter and can brave flocks of people – this is the place to be!
Zip lining metres above tree tops and through waterfalls, driving across bridges and rivers feeling like an explorer in the midst of the jungle and witnessing the beautiful, airy caves whilst rafting underground are just a few of the many incredible sensations a day trip to Xplor in Mexico can guarantee.
On Friday, my family and I begun the 10 hour flight to Cancun, Mexico. After sleeping, reading, eating, listening to music and watching films to pass the time, we eventually had only half hour of the journey remaining and begun our descent into a sunny, 30 degrees climate.
Yesterday was Mother’s Day, and my family going out for breakfast has sort of become a little Mother’s Day tradition over the last couple of years. Both mine and my mum’s favourite place in the local area is The Hide, in Ampthill Bedfordshire.
For me, Mother’s Day is all about cherishing my Mum and spending good quality time with her, as we get along so so well. Yesterday morning, myself, two brothers and parents set off to Ampthill from home to devour breakfast and set ourselves up for the day.
At the time of writing this, it’s Sunday and I just finished battling with the wind en route and on return from my Cafe Nero coffee trip. I feel like the British weather is teasing us, with a few glimpses of sunshine and warmer temperatures over the couple of weeks, I begun thinking Spring was on its way. This was, unsurprisingly, followed by a couple of bouts of stormy gales and wet weather. I’m a massive lover of Autumn and Winter (you can read my reasons why here), but as soon as January / February is over, I can’t help but long for summer evenings and sunny days…
The excitement of buying new makeup for most of us girls is almost unbearable, and definitely addictive! When we purchase new products (especially when it’s the products we’ve wanted for ages), we often find it hard to admit if they don’t reach our expectations! This is why I decided to wait until I had finished my bareMinerals Blemish Remedy foundation to give you my complete and honest opinion of it.
Over the past couple of years, it’s safe to say that I haven’t been shy of a city break or two. With the likes of Rome, Luxembourg, Dublin and Amsterdam having been ticked off the list, I’ve come to the realisation that there’s quite a few more places I’d like to venture to! After all, the world is our oyster – so wouldn’t it be rude not to?
