Our July Favourites

Hello lovelies! Can you believe that it’s the end of the month again already?! It’s time to have our little rave about all those things that we’ve been loving in July, and believe me we’ve been busy little bees. Where do we even begin?!

(B)Spa Ritual Cuti-Cocktail Cuticle Oil – This product is incredible and is literally the most divine, beautiful smelling cuticle oil I have ever experience! I am constantly wearing gel nails so am practically addicted to applying cuticle oil to make sure that my nails stay hydrated and this is by-far my favourite.
(A) Greece – I recently went on a girls holiday to Zante. This was my second girls holiday and it was quite possibly one of the best weeks of my life. Imagine a whole week of laughter, sun, beach, pool and drinks whilst doing it with 4 very good friends. I have made some memories I will NEVER forget and it was certainly a week I will never ever forget.
(B) Center Parcs – Whilst Amy was hitting it up partying in Zante, I was celebrating the 50th Wedding Anniversary of my boyfriend’s grandparents at the Center Parcs at Elveden Forest. The weather was literally glorious (one of the first nice weekends this summer in England) and we had an absolute blast doing all of the activities and spending quality time with everyone. Plus – my boyfriend works at the Woburn Forest Center Parcs when he’s back from uni so we saved an incredible amount of money! I wrote about it and the activities that we did previously on the blog, read it here.
(A) Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cram Lip Protectant – I actually bought this on the plane on the way home from holiday because I had heard so many good reviews about the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream. It cost me £6 on the plane and is in a tub. I have never seen this product before, I have only ever seen the Lip Protectant Stick in stores which costs around £20. So it seemed like a pretty good deal to me. I can safely say this is one of the best lip products i have used. It doesn’t smell (or taste) very nice but it gives your lips so much moisture and for a long time which is exactly what I need in a lip balm.
(B) Jack Wills Bikini – Bikini shopping for me is literally the worst thing in the world for me (the fun of small boobs, yippee!) But finally, I HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT FITTING BIKINI AFTER YEARS OF LOOKING! This bikini set me back around £40 (and it was reduced) – which I would have never have spent previously on a bikini, but it was so worth it and I’m considering buying another! Plus, the pattern is super pretty!
(A) Eyelash Extensions – I got eyelash extensions for my holiday so I didn’t look horrendous around the pool (haha). These eyelashes are the best thing EVER! They have opened up my eyes so much and I look so much more awake even if I have just woken up. The only downside is you do have to look after them a lot, but it’s a small price to pay. I would 100% get them again.
(B) Nivea Daily Essentials Oil-Free Moisturising Day Cream – This product has been mentioned in one of my posts before (My Oily Skin Secrets) but I re-bought it this month and fell back in love with it because it’s literally incredible! I find it so refreshing and light on my skin, it’s divine and all for the incredible price of under a fiver.
(A) Oral B 3D White Luxe Perfection Toothpaste – I bought this toothpaste because I had seen it advertised EVERYWHERE! It was awarded product of the year and I totally see why. Since using the toothpaste for only about a week I can already see a difference in my teeth, they seem A LOT whiter. I don’t actually like the texture of the toothpaste because it feels like a gritty jel formula. However, I will get used it and will put up with it because of what it is doing to my teeth.
(B) Balayage. This was the month that I lost my hair dying virginity. I’m quite proud to say that I made it to 19 without any hair dye ever touching my hair haha! I was desperate for a change, so booked into the hairdresser’s for something a little different, and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.
We really hope that you’ve enjoyed reading our July’s current favourites. If you want to hear something along the same lines from us, why not look back at what we loved last month?

  2. Your eyelash extensions look FABULOUS! I’ve always wanted to try them, but I’m nervous it will damage my eyelashes. What are your thoughts?

    1. Thank you SO much!! I love them, but they are a lot of work. In the way of damage I can’t comment because I still have mine on. They open up my eyes so much and make me so much more confident when I have no make up on x
